As we observe lent, I am experimenting with different
vegetables..Now entering in to most important week.. It’s a time of offering
our lives to God..Time to look back and resubmit our lives. .. It is also a fine opportunity to cleanse the body
… Going for the recipe..
Ingredients :
Maida
- 1cup
Water - 3tsp
Salt
Oil ( for frying)
For filling :
Potato (cooked n mashed)
- 1 large
Chopped ginger -
handful
Chopped green chilli
- handful
Chillipowder -
1tsp
Salt (for taste)
Method :
1.
Knead maida by adding water and a pinch of salt.
Keep it aside.
2.
Add chopped ginger and green chilli into mashed
potato and mix well. Add a pinch of salt and chilli powder and give a nice mix.
3.
Take small balls from dough n roll in to desired
shape. ( I made rectangle spread)
4.
Keep the filling in to this and seal the ends.
5.
Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry them. Fry
till they turn golden color. Serve with any suitable dipping..
