A note from a budding food blogger.....

I always wonder how Food bloggers do it...Cook , take photos n share the recipe in an interesting way....I had a special interest for cooking from chidhood n the credit goes to my dear Mom..Without her i wouldn't have entered in to the world of cooking...She makes the best food in the world :) She always encouraged me to do something on my own in kitchen. She dared to do many experiments n i was her assistant i must say...No wonder i am in love with food:) I love to cook, eat n talk about it... Well here i am with my  food blog!!!!! Here i am sharing  the recipes (which i try in my kitchen ) n the food memories ...Its all about food here...

My first memory of cooking is preparing cutlets for my brother. From school days I used to prepare cutlets practically from everything..mixed vegetables, fish, beef and so on..

After marriage my cooking interest just increased for a thousand times n always try to prepare different variety food for hubby. He really likes tasty food n I need more good recipes to satisfy his tastebuds:) My mom n mother in law presented some good cookbooks after marriage n they are really helpful…I make some variations n try in kitchen n everytime I have been surprised:)

I have always loved watching cooking shows n my favourites are Poh’s kitchen, My Srilanka with Peterkuruvita and From Spain with love. I take a look at real everyday food n some time I am ready to come out of my comfort zone to taste the food I have never had before. Its not necessary for us to be an expert for making a good food. If we cook with our whole heart, with love for the people we serve , I am sure the outcome will be nothing but an incredible food.

With lots of love
Merinz:)
